Chester City FC... ...must be feeling very lucky that three clubs have an enormous number of points to make up before catching them. Six goals shipped at Dagenham (of all teams!) followed by five more at home, albeit to Leeds Utd., must fill their fans with an 'impending doom' type feeling of great insecurity!
Will they be relegated to the Conference a second time? Or, should one, two or all three, of Luton, Rotherham and Bournemouth have been automatically demoted for their financial antics?

Chester will be at the bottom at the end of the season. Fail to see how the league could relegate any of the other 3 now unless they break any more rules.

I didn't say that the League should relegate either of those three now, as you infer, but that the League perhaps should have done so at an earlier time.

A wonderful bit of editing Eric

I added the word 'have' to make my sentence more grammatically correct, but the meaning was still the same! :P

Thats how I see it as well. Though its a shame Rotherham won't be down there. They are the ones who have taken the p the most as regards creditors etc, obv luton did but at least they have been hammered points wise. Odd tho as the league seem to think its fine to shaft creditiors but not to pay agents lol

Very good point Nottingham, very good point!
Agents should burn in hell, moneygrabbing so-and-sos!

Sounds like the usual fun and games at Chester. It seems the coach has been sacked for a half-time fight with Paul Butler. Butler had a major bust-up with Chester at the back-end of last season.

Joke of a club.

23 hours to go, Nottingham!!

Chester City 0 Wycombe Wanderers 2
The game was watched by just 1,419!!! How will they survive on gates like that?
Mark my words, Chester will finish below Luton Town unless they sort themselves out pretty darned quick!
