Time for Hone? Prior to the start of the season I thought Kovaks and Hone would be our best centre back pairing.
DH did not even make the bench on Saturday. Is he injured, out of favour or just playing like a donkey in training?
Surely he has to be tried if Sinclair is injured.

He is only 18 and, although he did have some good games last season, he also looked naive at times and a little slow. For me he still needs time and I wouldn't expect him to play more than 15-20 games this season. However, I have never been a fan of Beevers at Centre Half so unless we are going to bring in a loanee if Sinclair's injury is long term then he ought to get his chance soon enough.

I know we're looking for the solutions and it's natural to look at players out of the side to come in, but we just haven't got any decent options defensively.

It is a worry and an area within the squad where we are definitely light. I think Patulea would be worth a gamble but with King, Gall, Graham, Mullarkey and LJL all wanting to play off Wright is he a bit of a luxury and should any spare cash be spent on a loanee left back or kept in reserve for a spare centre back should we need him?
