Torres? Anyone really upset he's gone back? A decent player for me but not one I'd be prepared to break the bank for. His wages and any transfer fee in January would clearly be a problem on our budget.
Now if we didn't have to pay Howe then maybe we could afford him?

One of the few creative bright spots for me. He could have scored again at Northampton and just about nobody else has had any chances recently. I'd like to keep him.

Disappointed he's gone back, would certainly be more interested in seeing him on the books as opposed to any of the other loan players. Feel that of all the loan players he applied himself to the cause far more than they have to date.

I suspect he's just a better player than most of them, tbh.

I think that is a bit unfair really
Watt and Heath are both good players.
You can hardly blame Heath for getting injured and he is a more likely long term acquisition than Torres

Fair comment - I'd forgotten about Heath. It's probably also that I'm just completely fixated on how truly awful Pulis is.

The wat we played at Northampton didn't suit Torres although he had a decent first half.
Pulis,he says in the echo he is a central mid fielder
When he was running back and forth on the pitch after warm up I thought this guy might be OK,wrong.
